Provisional bookings by phone/ email remain firm for one week pending written confirmation or booking form within 7 days, accompanied by a non-refundable deposit of £20.
Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation please advise us immediately, and we will make every effort to re-let the room. If we are unable to do so you may be charged 2/3 of the cost, which your holiday insurance would cover.
Arrival and Depature
Your room will be ready for you from 4:30 - 6:30pm, (or if you wish to arrive at another time, please ring) and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
